Just like the women of the KKK. Amerikkka. USrael’s handbook. “White women propelled the Ku Klux Klan forward by institutionalizing its ideology into mainstream civic life. Capitalizing on the newly won right to vote in the 1920s, they formed the Women of the Ku Klux Klan (WKKK), shifting the group from a violent underground syndicate into a formidable political and social force”

“Mainstream Community Building: The WKKK operated like a social club, organizing massive parades, picnics, and “Americanism” pageantry. These family-friendly events made the Klan appear legitimate and civic-minded, drawing millions of white Protestant women across 48 states.”

“Political Power & Voter Mobilization: Because women had just been granted suffrage, the WKKK proved incredibly effective at canvassing, running local candidates, and weaponizing the ballot.”

“Targeted “Whispering Campaigns”: While the men’s Klan in the 1920s was highly focused on politics, the WKKK utilized social networks to enforce racial and religious hierarchies on a day-to-day level. They drove Catholic teachers out of towns and boycotted Jewish-owned businesses.”

“Indoctrination and Education: The WKKK produced educational yearbooks and championed the public school system, not just to promote literacy, but to heavily indoctrinate the next generation into white supremacy and anti-immigrant sentiment”
